This premium dinner experience will begin with a reception in Bar Fogo, where your group will enjoy signature cocktails and wine. When you move to the dining room a Seafood Tower and South American white wine will await you. Your dinner will begin by visiting our fresh Market Table & Feijoada Bar. Following the Market Table course, our gaucho chefs will be carving a variety of fire-roasted proteins tableside, such as our signature Picanha, tender Filet Mignon and decadent Lamb Chops. The fire-roasted cuts of meat will be paired with award-winning VIK wines from Chile. Finally, your evening will be topped off with your choice of desserts, coffees, and after-dinner drinks.
