NO.1: German dress bayonet. Bright plated bayonet has a 7 3/4" fullered blade. Blade is marked on right ricasso w/ "F.W. HOLLER" surrounding a thermometer logo. Bayonet has black checkered composite grips held by two pins. Nonfunctional bayonet catch. Bayonet lug groove is filled w/ red felt. Black lacquered steel scabbard w/ unmarked brown leather frog. Blade is equipped w/ leather protector in front of crossguard. CONDITION: bayonet in very good overall condition w/ very light wear. Scabbard retains most of its black finish. Frog has wear & scuffing. Stitching remains tight. NO.2: Imperial German Model 1884/98 2nd pattern sawback bayonet. 9 7/8" fullered blade. Blade is marked on left ricasso "GERR. HELLER / MARIENTHAL". Smooth walnut grip. Flash guard is present. Pommel has faint Imperial "crown" acceptance mark. Black leather scabbard w/ metal throat & tip. Scabbard is marked on back "87. R. 11. 48". CONDITION: bright blade has areas of light oxidation & staining. Blade has been lightly sharpened. Balance of metal turning gray & patina. Grips have wear & staining w/ handling marks. Scabbard has wear & flexing. Stitching is detached. Metal parts have wear & oxidation. NO.3: German WWII M98K bayonet. 10" fullered blade. Blade is marked on left ricasso "W.K.C.". Both ricassos have been ground to remove original markings & finish reapplied. Brown composite grips. Steel scabbard. Black leather frog is marked on back "0-0560-015". CONDITION: unsharpened blued blade has numerous spots of oxidation & fine pitting. Balance of metal has turned patina w/ oxidation & pitting. Grips are worn, but serviceable. Scabbard has oxidation & fine pitting throughout. Leather frog has wear & flexing. Stitching is tight. NO.4: WWII German 98K bayonet. 9 7/8" blued steel fullered blade. Blade is marked on left ricasso "41 / cLc". Right ricasso has serial number. Grooved brown composite grips. 2 German eagle "WAA88?". Steel scabbard w/ brown leather frog. Frog is marked on back w/ "1-8750-0112". CONDITION: bayonet retains 50% of its blued finish w/ wear & light oxidation. Grips have moderate to heavy wear. Scabbard has traces of blue turning overall patina w/ oxidation. Frog has light wear & scuffing. NO.5: German WWII Model 98K bayonet. 9 7/8" blued steel fullered blade. Blade is marked on left ricasso "E FACK & S". Right ricasso has serial number. Brown composite grips. German eagle markings are not legible. Steel scabbard. CONDITION: blade retains traces of worn thinning blue w/ light oxidation. Balance of metal has moderate to heavy oxidation, wear & light pitting. Grips are worn, but remain solid. Scabbard is heavily oxidized w/ light pitting. (02-22949-5/RW). NON-GUNS. $250-450.
