Firearm winners must be 21 years of age, a U.S. Citizen, and must pass required background check. Firearms can only be picked up by the actual raffle winner at the AES FFL Headquarters or we will ship the Firearm to your Local FFL Dealer in the United States. Failure to pass the background check will result in forfeiting the firearm and an alternate prize may be substituted.
