have the opportunity to Experience Traditional African Hospitality on an 8-day South Africa Safari for 2 hunters
on a 2x1 basis upgradable and 2 Non-Hunters with Phillip Bronkhorst and the Bronkhorst Safaris Team. Hunt
and Fish for some of Africa’s most sought-after species
The combination of Traditional East African Style Safari Camps with modern day amenities like WIFI, cell service,
220v Electricity and fully equipped safari vehicles will keep you in touch in this home away from home. Enjoy
typical African Cuisine prepared by our camp chef while sipping on best quality African wines and drinks. This
exclusive safari will start and end from OR Tambo International Airport and will includes 5 days of Trophy Hunting
for 2 hunters on a 2 Hunters x 1 Professional Hunter (2x1) basis where the hunters will have access to thousands
of acres of privately owned and managed game rich hunting areas. Fishing can also be done from a selection of
our boats on the adjacent Palala River, to us also nick named Little Zambezi. Additionally, also included is 3
observer days which could also be upgraded to hunt or fish. In season bird hunting is also available by
arrangement. Included also is 8 Observer days for two (2) non-hunters which could also be upgraded to hunt and
fish. South Africa, especially the Limpopo Province is a prime destination to entertain non hunters from our base
camp on various sightseeing activities. Upgrades are available to add days, more hunters and trophies.
Bronkhorst Safaris also offer side trips to the famous Kruger National Park, Sun City, Cape Town and the
spectacular Victoria Falls combined with an extra-ordinary Chobe Experience. Safari dates could be arranged
year-round for the 2024 or 2025 season. Additional hunters are welcome @ $ 435 pppd 1x1 or $335 pppd 2x1,
Observers @ $ 250 pppd. Special incentives and discounts are available for additional hunters on request.
Species to be Taken; The 2 hunters will each have a credit of $ 2250 towards trophy fees. Speak to the outfitter
regarding species to hunt. Species as per seasonal pricelist.
Included in this safari is Field Preparation of trophies (recovery, skinning, and salting) transport to shipper, full
camp services as well as daily laundry.
Excluded are temporary rifle import permits which we can assist with, international airfare or internal requested
air charters, arrival, and departure day @ $ 250 pppd, return road transfer @ $ 750 per vehicle (4 pax)
Special Notes: $ 1000 non-refundable deposit per hunter which will be credited to your safari account to confirm
safari dates and quota. Any requested alternative hunting areas will be at normal daily rates. No back-to-back
combinations of Hunt Donations. Safari credits is valid per hunter, one hunter can only utilize his or her own
credit as per donation description. Sundays will be a day of rest and at Observer charge. Alcohol, wine, malt, and
soft drinks excluded. Additional activities are available, additional hunters, upgrades on additional trophy fees
would be appreciated. Normal Bronkhorst Safaris T&C applicable. Please also consider a voluntary $ 50 a
contribution towards our Anti-Poaching efforts. This donation cannot be shared between a family
Father/Son/Mother/Daughter. It must be taken by 2 separate families.

Online Auction Terms and Conditions
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, Wyoming DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, Wyoming DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
4. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
5. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
6. Wyoming DSC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
7. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.

GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by Wyoming DSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF Wyoming DSC. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF WYOMING DSC. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Wyoming DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Wyoming DSC’s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Wyoming DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Wyoming DSC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
Wyoming DSC is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to Wyoming DSC are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Amounts paid for an item in excess of stated value may qualify for charitable deduction. Consult your tax professional for the deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
