Experience first-hand the rush of emotions stemming from the sudden startlement of that first flushing covey rise to the adrenaline as you home-in your first shot and eagerly swing attempting to make a double. Between hunts, relax and experience the authentic atmosphere…from relaxing conversations on the porch overlooking the beautiful lake, to fishing for bass in 1 of 9 stocked ponds, there is even an opportunity to further enhance your shooting skills on the properties wobble trap range. This dream retreat includes: 2-consecutive nights lodging (double occupancy rooms with private bath). 3-half days of Quail hunting per hunter, Monday – Saturday with February hunting on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. No arrivals or hunting on Sundays. 10- bird privilege for each hunter during each half day session. Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an open bar after 6:00pm. Professional guides with dogs, game cleaning and packaging each day. A half day of on the wobble trap range or bass fishing. Not included in this package: airfare, shuttle service to and from the Plantation, tips, ammunition (guest may bring their own), and a 3-day Georgia Hunting & Fishing combo licenses. These hunts are not transferrable without the written approval. Based on space availability, the following may be added to this trip: an extra night ($180 pp), an extra dinner ($100pp, includes alcohol), and extra breakfast ($18pp). Additional hunters can be added at a discounted rate if space is available. Daily gun rental ($35 per gun) available and additional birds ($10 per bird) may be acquired. Costs associated with all these items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Trip valid from October 1st, 2022 thru March 15th, 2023.

Most items will ship from our warehouse in Memphis, TN. There are a few item that will be shipped directly from the vendor. All items should be shipped within 2 weeks of the event closing.
If you are purchasing a firearm we must have a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL) of the gun dealer you with to use.

We do not have access to the stored credit card information and will have to speak to the buyer over the phone to run a credit card if you are a new buyer. If paying by a credit card we will run this payment on a Ducks Unlimited Terminal and email you a receipt of payment.

Please note the following auction parameters:
1. Most purchases will ship within 2 weeks of the auction closing and final payment collected.
2. All purchases will carry a 10% buyers premium. This premium covers all taxes, fees, and shipping.
3. All firearm purchasers will be notified within 1 week of the auction closing regarding shipment specifics. Firearms will be shipped to the FFL dealer of the buyers choice. The buyer is responsible for notifying the local dealer of his purchase and confirm shipping to their FFL is approved. If no such dealer exists, buyer will be contacted for alternative arrangements. All FFL processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. All trip buyers will be contacted with trip contact information within 1 week of the auction closing.
5. You must be 18 years or older to participate in this auction.
6. All prices include the cost of shipping.
7. All local, state and federal laws govern the purchase of all firearms and ammo offered in this auction.
8. All proceeds go Ducks Unlimited to fund their conservation mission across North America. DU conserves, restores, and manages wetlands and associated habitats for North America’s waterfowl. These habitats also benefit other wildlife and people.
9. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what their state laws are regarding firearms.
