German made over under combo rifle, approximately 8mm and 16 gauge, serial #1857. The rifle is in very good condition with 27 ½” barrels. The barrels a full-length filed rib with post front and folding rear sights. The barrels retain the majority of their toning blued finish with some small scuffs and loss of finish at the muzzle. The receiver shows old, muted case colors, particularly at the tang and ion theunderside of the action. The tasteful scroll engraving extends through the trigger guard to the horn grip cap. The barrels are marked, “Nitro” at the breech and indicate Krupp steel. The finely checkered woodstocks are in good condition with small mars from use and a beaded cheek piece. The butt stock ends with a ventilated rubber pad providing a 14 ¾” LOP to the front trigger. The bores are good, the action crisp andmarkings are sharp. Although there is no maker’s mark noted, the combination gun is clearly a quality pre-war piece. Est.: $500-$800. (C+R).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
