Rick Anderson has donated one landowner damage permit for elk on his ranch, which adjoins the Hanford Reservation. A hunter must have either an East or West side elk tag except for regular elk season when an Eastside tag is required. Hunters may use any weapon. The permit is as follows: Now to 3/31/19 cow or spike, 5/15/19-6/30/19 any bull, July 2019 spike only, 8/1/19-12/31/19 cow or spike, regular 2019 elk season any elk.
