Though Sierra Brava is well known for its world record-setting dove shooting, Sierra Brava is also world-famous for its legendary service and second to none hospitality. At the lodge, every detail, no matter how small, is attended to with flawless precision. While you are in the field shooting, Zeke, the lodge manager, personally supervises the entire operation at the lodge with superior attention to detail and professionalism so your stay will be perfect. You'll arrive at the Cordoba International Airport and be trasferred to the lodge by our caring staff. Once you arrive at the lodge, you'll have exclusive access to some of the most productive dove fields in Cordoba. This donation includes five star lodging, all meals, beverages, an open bar, professional guiding service, local sales taxes, transport between the lodge and the shooting fields, as well as round trip private transfers between Cordoba airport and the lodge. Sierra Brava’s guests enjoy the most amazing dove shooting, carefully supervised by one of the most experienced and solid field teams in the Cordoba dove shooting region. Each hunter will have a personal guide for this 4 day/3 night stay. Extra hunters may be added for $540/night and observers for $270/night (non-hunters cannot use any of the hunter spots, as it will be an extra charge). This hunt must be taken between July 1-December 31, 2018. During some months, hunters can upgrade to a pigeon hunt at an additional charge. Other available upgrades include mixed-bag wingshooting, dorado fishing, and big game hunting for red stag, blackbuck, water buffalo, and more. This donation does not include any air fare, shotgun shells ($13.75/box and subject to change given the market rate), gun rental ($75/hunter/day), hunting licenses ($65/hunter/day), and gratuities for bird boys and lodge staff. Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. HSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until HSC receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.
Payment Details:
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes HSC to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party.

Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A.Travel expenses to and from destination
B.Hotel and meals before and after the hunt
C.Alcoholic beverages
D.Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E.Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31, 2018. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and IRS Publication 1391 for more information.
Disclaimer of Liability
Goods
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by HSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of HSC. HSC makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. HSC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Services
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by HSC. HSC shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, HSC cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can HSC be accountable for any inquiries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, HSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
HSC is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
