Welcome to a one of a kind adventure with Claw Mountain Outfitters. On this 14 day excursion by horseback, alongside your guides, you will be riding through some of the most secluded country in Northern British Columbia. This trip package will have you in the saddle 2-5 hours at a time and your horseback days are broken up by rest days at the Solmonsons' cabin and tent spike camp locations along the way. You will have the opportunity to fish a number of the lakes and rivers for a variety of fresh water fish, hike the valley floors or mountainsides. Enjoy the beautiful landscape and abundant wildlife while taking those breathtaking photos. Camping by firelight or relaxing in one of our lake front cabins, this is sure to be a trip to remember!
This trip as donated is for one person and for August 18th to 31st, 2015. If you wish to purchase trips friends or family the alternate trip dates are August 5th to 18th, 2015 are available for a maximum of 3 additional guests. Claw Mountain only take 4 clients per horse trek. Check out their website for more detailed itinerary. Meals and accommodations are all included in this package. Charter flight from Smithers to base camp and back is $1,500 USD and hotel accommodations in Smithers before and after the trip are also not included.

Unless otherwise specified, the outfitter will be responsible for the care of the preliminary trophy preparation, salting and transportation of trophies and meat to the departure point, at no additional cost. Departure point is noted in each donation profile. The successful auction bidder will be responsible for all transportation costs and crating for the departure point to their home or taxidermist. Licenses, tags and other fees are at the expense of the successful bidder. Upon receipt of certified funds, the outfitter will acquire licenses and tags prior to the hunt. In the hunt listings, you will see the from time to time the letters “TBA” which means “to be arranged” with the guide outfitter. Successful bidders will be required to sign an insurance liability waiver form prior to taking their hunt or other wilderness trip. Al trips must be taken within the time specified. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the guide outfitter making the donation. All trips are for one person unless otherwise specified.
GOABC reserves the right to alter, delete or modify any of the items described in this profile. Final descriptions and lists of items will be available prior to the auction. Pictures shown depict the outfitters game where ever possible.
