You are bidding on the following donation: 7 full days of hunting, 1x1, for ONE hunter, including daily rates plus $1,200 trophy fee credit to be used towards animals taken. Extra hunting days may be booked with the extra charge of $350/day/hunter. All animals taken during the hunt will be at Current trophy fee prices. If the winning bidder upgrades to a 10-day hunt (additional $1,050 charge), he/she will receive a $1,650 trophy fee credit. If a hunter fails to shoot the donated trophy fee credit, there will be no refund given to the hunter.
This package includes: Services of a licensed professional hunter (guide), hunting vehicle and support team, pick-up and drop-off at Port Elizabeth airport, accommodations at the lodge, meals, soft drinks, liquor, local beer and wines in reasonable quantities, daily laundry service, trophy fees for the included animals, field preparation of trophies and delivery of trophies to a local taxidermist or shipping agent, and value added tax on the donation. Arrival and departure days are FREE.
This package does not include: Any air travel, pre and post Safari accommodations and meals, trophy fees for animals taken in addition to those included in the package or animals wounded and lost, hire of rifles and ammunition, gratuities to PH and camp staff, preparation, packing, documentation, taxidermy or export of trophies from South Africa, and all items of a personal nature.
The Safari MUST be taken by the end of the 2026 hunting season. We hunt the beginning of March to the end of September. To reserve preferred dates, the winning bidder MUST contact John Gunnels (see below) within 60 days of the close of this auction. Failure to do so may result in winner having to accept whatever dates are available. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit per hunter is required to lock in your dates. The deposit WILL BE applied to your hunt. This hunt has been taken by a number of our Chapter Members over the years.

Shipping charges on all items will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be NO firearm shipments outside the US. Firearms must be shipped to negotiated FFL location for pickup. Local pickup must be arranged for large items such as feeders and bronze statues.

It is the bidder's responsibility to contact the outfitter about hunting details within 30 days from the conclusion of the auction to obtain available dates and timely application of necessary permits/licenses.

Goods - All goods covered by this invoice have been acquired or obtained by the Alabama Chapter of Safari Club International (hereafter referred to as ALSCI) from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by ALSCI and that the purchaser is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bows, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. THE GOODS COVERED BY THIS INVOICE ARE SOLD AS IS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF THE ALSCI INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY. ALSCI ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE PRODUCTS' DESIGN OR USE. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are this SOLELY of the manufacturer of same.
Services - All services covered by this invoice have been acquired and obtained from and are to be furnished by third parties. No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by ALSCI. THE ALSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES PURCHASED ARE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, ALSCI CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES NOR CAN ALSCI BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THEREFROM. PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PURCHASE IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES AND THAT SHOULD LEGAL ACTION BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FOR THE GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED BUT THIS INVOICE, THEN THE PREVAILING PARTY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS.
No Refund Policy - This purchase is non-refundable. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from ALSCI and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that ALSCI is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.
This invoice and the terms and conditions hero apply to and are binding on the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of both parties. This invoice contained the entire agreement between the parties and cannot be changed except buy a routing instrument subsequently executed by the parties thereto.
