Stone Mountain Safaris Ltd has been operating in its exclusive guide area for over 33 years. Your hosts Leif & Kellie Olsen, took over the operation in 2005. This meat hunt, guaranteed to fill up your freezer, is a 1:1 7 horseback hunt into some of the best big game range and hunting in North America.
The Olsen's beautiful cedar lodge is located on their 500 acre ranch, set in the scenic Toad River Valley surrounded by mountain views and wildlife. At the lodge you can enjoy quiet evenings, big screen television, nature hikes, horseback riding, billiards and the hot tub. All meals are included and are home-cooked and expertly prepared with bread made fresh daily. Along with staying in the lodge, you will also get the chance to stay in the mountains at one of their spike camps. You can upgrade this hunt at market price, talk to Leif to set the details. Licenses, tags, royalties, CITES and a charter flight to camp,( $1,200 USD if needed) are not included in the price of this hunt.

Unless otherwise specified, the outfitter will be responsible for the care of the preliminary trophy preparation, salting and transportation of trophies and meat to the departure point, at no additional cost. Departure point is noted in each donation profile. The successful auction bidder will be responsible for all transportation costs and crating for the departure point to their home or taxidermist. Licenses, tags and other fees are at the expense of the successful bidder. Upon receipt of certified funds, the outfitter will acquire licenses and tags prior to the hunt. In the hunt listings, you will see the from time to time the letters “TBA” which means “to be arranged” with the guide outfitter. Successful bidders will be required to sign an insurance liability waiver form prior to taking their hunt or other wilderness trip. Al trips must be taken within the time specified. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the guide outfitter making the donation. All trips are for one person unless otherwise specified.
