Important Charleville flintlock musket with “US” stamping at breech and “USTATES” stamped on the underside of the butt stock; approximately .75 caliber, 44” barrel, full wood stock, three barrel bands, steel butt plate. This American Revolutionary War period musket is in overall good condition with a pleasing patina, good action and overall good wood stock; flared tip iron ramrod retained; Charleville marking mostly visible on lock plate with an “A” stamped above the name. A very hard-to-find Revolutionary War period gun in any condition and this one is good. Est.: $4,000-$6,000.
