Important Original Watercolor on board by Noted Native American Artist Stephen Mopope. 14" x 11", signed lower left. Born 1898 died 1974. This Kiowa Artist traced his ancestors to a Spanish Captive kidnapped from a wagon train and raised by ChiefMany Bears. He was trained on hides in Native American Tradition and later at the University of Oklahoma. His paintings have been displayed Worldwide.
