Exciting safari adventure for 2x first-time hunters and their non-hunting companions in South Africa. Set within a 30,000-hectare hunting area in central South Africa, you’ll have the chance to pursue over 30 different plains game species.
Your hunting package includes the following trophies: 1x blue or black wildebeest, 1x common blesbuck, 2x common springbuck, 1x steenbuck, 1x warthog, 1x impala, and 1x jackal—totalling 8 animals shared between the two hunters. A professional hunter, along with an experienced skinner and tracker, will be with you every step of the way to ensure a successful and safe hunt.
During your stay, you’ll enjoy luxurious lodge accommodations complete with full safari staff, wifi, daily laundry, delicious meals. Trophy fees for donated species, and field preparation of your trophies are included. Additional upgrades and extensions are available according to the outfitter’s price list of the year the hunt is taken.
Please note that expenses incurred before and after the hunt, firearm clearance, trophy packing and shipping, and gratuities are not included.

1. Accommodation, meals, soft drinks and day fees for 6 days for 2 hunters and 2 non-hunters.
2. Trophy fees for 1x blue OR black wildebeest, 1x common blesbuck, 2x common springbuck, 1x steenbuck, 1x warthog, 1x impala and 1x jackal, total of 8 animals to be shared by the hunters.
3. Full safari staff, including 2 PH’e with hunting vehicles, trackers, skinners and camp staff.
4. Field preparation of trophies i.e., skinning, salt, tag and delivery to taxidermist.

1. Additional hunter and observer fees.
2. Firearm clearance at certain airports @ $35 per firearm each way. This is not a JOS charge.
3. Liquor, beer, wine and mixes at cost price plus 10%.
4. Additional vehicles for larger groups.
5. 15% Value Added Government Tax (VAT) on value of package.
6. Hunting licenses in certain Provinces @ $60 each.
7. Rifle hire @ $50 per rifle per day, ammo at cost.
8. Additional trophies as per 2025/2026 price list.
9. Flights and/or hotel accommodation before, during and after safari.
10. Taxidermy and shipping.
11. Transfer fee from nearest Airport to hunting concession and return, $500 per vehicle (max 4 people).

By submitting an electronic bid in the DSC Mid Atlantic Chapter virtual auction, bidder acknowledges that all bids submitted are legally binding offers to purchase and, if accepted as the high bid by the auctioneer, constitutes a legally binding contract between the bidder and the DSC – Mid Atlantic Chapter. Once submitted, no bid may be removed. The auctioneer is the sole authority in establishing specific bid increments, the high bidder (purchaser), and the amount bid. Successful bidder acknowledges further that, should their bid be accepted as the high bid by the auctioneer, they are legally responsible to consummate the sale not later than the 12:00 a.m. the date immediately following the auction sale. All auction sales shall be considered consummated only be means of making payment in full via credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). Bidder further acknowledges that all credit card purchases shall be in the amount of the high bid submitted plus a 4% bank administrative fee and that in the instance of the purchase of physical items, buyer shall be solely responsible for packaging, shipping and insurance expenses and/or the expense of the transfer of firearms from a local, licensed FFL holder to a FFL holder of the buyers choice.
Specific goods and/or services described in the official auction offering constitute the full and complete agreement between the high bidder and the DSC – Mid Atlantic Chapter, its Board of Directors, donors and Dallas Safari Club, individually and/or collectively. The DSC – Mid Atlantic Chapter Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any bid offered on an item identified in the auction item description as having a reserve bid.
Neither the DSC – Mid Atlantic Chapter, specific hunt donors and/or Dallas Safari Club guarantee or warrant that trophy animals of any species, or that any animals of any quality, will be taken on any hunt/trip offered for sale by means of the Chapter auction.
Consummation of an auction purchase, as described above, is an acknowledgement that the DSC –Mid Atlantic Chapter, its Board of Directors and/or Dallas Safari Club affirm that they have not in any manner inspected good/services sold via auction. Further, the buyer is advised to secure a competent inspection of firearms, archery equipment, knives, ammunition, and weapons of any manner prior to use. All goods are sold as is without any warranty of any type, of faults and/or defects of any manner. All warrantees and/or guarantees for all goods and/or services are those provided solely by specific manufactures.
All services sold by means of the auction have been secured from, and are to be provided by, third parties. No services of any kind are to be provided directly by the DSC – Mid Atlantic Chapter or by Dallas Safari Club. DSC – Mid Atlantic Chapter and Dallas Safari Club bear no responsibility/liability for the delivery or quality of services of any item sold by means of the auction or any loss or damage arising from, or connected to, performance or non-performance of any service purchased by means of the auction. Further, purchaser acknowledges that actions of governmental agencies, foreign or domestic, are beyond the control of the DSC – Mid Atlantic Chapter and/or Dallas Safari Club. As such, DSC – Mid Atlantic and Dallas Safari Club make no guarantees/warrantees related to services disrupted and/or not performed as a result of any action taken by any governmental agency.
