Hunt Writeup: We hunt in a very remote concession in the central part of Kamchatka, on the shores of the Pacific, located between two national parks, Kronocky and Kljucevskoj, which can only be reached by helicopter. Due to its position, this concession hosts a large percentage of old, large bears, of 9 - 10 feet.
During 2022. we will organize two groups of three hunters each, one from May 1 - 14 and one from May 12 - 25. Hunters will start out from Petropavlovsk and reach the heliport closest to our concession in the central part of Kamchatka by road, from where we transfer hunters, guides, motor sleighs and all required equipment to the hunting area.
The hunt is organized by searching larger areas using motor sleighs and when hunters find tracks or see the bear, our guides evaluate its size and decide whether to approach.
Our professional guides will expertly skin and salt the bear hide after hunt, which will be delivered to a professional taxidermist upon return to Petropavlovsk. The skill and hide of the trophy will be shipped through an agency authorized for trophy export to the hunter’s address with all required documents.
The price for the organization of this hunt, including the transfer from Petropavlovsk to the heliport (7 hours driving in one direction), helicopter transfer to the hunting area and back, hunting organization using motor sleighs (in spring), guides and all necessary equipment is US$ 12.900, while the trophy fee for bear is US$ 3.900. Each hunter is allowed to harvest up to 2 bears.
We donate the hunting organization will all aforementioned services, with the reserve price of US$ 10.000, including helicopter and road transfer. The hunt may be used in the spring or fall during 2022 or 2023.
