Repeat donors, Arrowhead Wilderness Outfitters offer this five day, Kansas Archery Whitetail Deer hunt for one hunter. Kansas has become the United States’ Mecca for bow hunters in search of monster Whitetails! The whitetail rut in Kansas occurs entirely within the archery season (last week in October thru the middle of November). Bucks are on the move the entire day and bucks scoring 150 to 200 are not uncommon! This hunt is scheduled for fall 2014 but may be deferred to 2015 with the outfitter’s agreement on specific hunt dates. Arrowhead Wilderness Outfitters hunts only private property in north-central Kansas. Lodging and meals are included. Kansas manages for big bucks. Tags are issued on a preference point lottery basis. Hunter is responsible for the cost of a license, tags, tips and transportation to and from the Arrowhead Lodge facility in Kansas. This hunt may be upgraded to include additional hunters ($3,500). Hunt arrival and departure point is the Arrowhead lodge location in Kansas. AWH’s motto is “Come as a client- leave as a friend!”
