Kansas: Horseshoe Hill Outfitters. Bob McConnell of Horseshoe Hill Outfitters is donating a 6-day trophy Whitetail deer archery hunt during the rut for one hunter in southeast Kansas in unit #11. The hunt will take place during the November 2015 rut. Included are all meals and lodging. This is a semi-guided hunt with stands and scouting already inplace on 20,000 acres. Crossbows are legal in Kansas. Kansas is a draw state but you are quaranteed a tag in unit #11. Our hunters have been 100% draw the last six years. The closest airport is Kansas City airport (1- 1/2 hours away). In 2010, the outfitter harvested a top 50 Kansas buck that scored 216". In 2012, the outfitter harvested another record book buck that scored 214". In 2013, the oufitter harvested a top 20 buck that scored 222". This donation is valid for available dates in 2015 season. Kansas hunting license is not included in the donation ($400). NOTE: Two of the same donations cannot be use on the same trip reardless of what conservation group fundraiser it was purchased at.
