All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items,
including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is
specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor
may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all
necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses
and/or permits.
Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
(CV-SCI) is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
(CV-SCI) has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services;
however, CV-SCI does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the (CV-SCI) donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted
to (CV-SCI) with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the
available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed
what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of
this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests
the subject documents formally in writing to (CV-SCI) within 12 months of the auction date.
(CV-SCI) does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period
of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of
acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid
up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is”, including any faults or defects, and without
any express or implied warranty on the part of (CV-SCI) or Safari Club International (SCI). (CV-SCI) and
SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that (CV-SCI) and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any
political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can (CV-
SCI) or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and
all circumstances.
(CV-SCI) reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
All donations will be used for efforts to protect our hunting heritage, wildlife conservation projects, and
other core missions of SCI and (CV-SCI), so please bid generously!
