PRIOR TO BIDDING ON ANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The winning bidder shall pay shipping on any item purchased that the winner cannot pick up in Nacogdoches, Texas.
2. If the winning bidder is unable to pick up a firearm with the FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) in Nacogdoches, Texas, the winner must provide ETSC with an FFL that ETSC can transfer the firearm to in the winner's locale. The winner is responsible for any additional fees with the transferee FFL if ETSC's local FFL is not used.
3. Winning bidder must comply with all firearm laws and regulations for any necessary background check to obtain ownership of a firearm. There will be NO refunds after bidding closes if the winner fails to qualify for firearm ownership.
4. All sales are final when bidding closes and the winner's credit card will be charged.
