Travel to Kodiak Island, Alaska to hunt with Mike Odin of Mike Odin's Alaska Adventures on a 5-day/6-night hunt for guided Sea Ducks, self-guided Sitka Black-tailed deer, and fox. This hunt is for two hunters but other hunters may be added at the list price – this is an ideal hunt for 3 to 6 hunters! Hunt Kodiak's pristine wilderness trophy Sea Ducks, Sitka Black-tailed deer and fox for an exciting wing shooting and hunting adventure. High success rate - excellent opportunity for clients to harvest a wide variety of trophy Sea Ducks, a nice trophy buck, and fox. Method of take is shotgun sea duck hunts and hunter's choice for deer hunts. Schedule the hunt for open dates from mid-October - December 2025 or 2026. Arrival and departure point is the city of Kodiak, Alaska where you are met by a representative of local hotel/air charter shuttle service. Kodiak waterfowl season is October 8 - January 22. Deer season is August 1 -December 31. See ADF&G website for current bag limits.The sea duck hunt presents non-stop action and the trophy Sitka Black-tailed deer and fox offers the opportunity for a unique trophy. Kodiak offers three types of fox: red fox, cross-fox and silver fox. The sea duck hunting is done primarily over decoys from shore or jump-shooting birds. Numerous sea duck species use Kodiak Island open waters as their wintering grounds and typically guests are treated to opportunities for Harlequin, Old Squaw (Long-Tailed Duck), Mergansers (Common and Red Breasted), Scoters (Common, Surf and White-Winged), King and Common Eider. Included: USCG licensed transporter, registered Alaska Waterfowl Guide, warm and comfortable ocean front wilderness house accommodations, hearty home-style cooked meals, in-field transportation, duck decoy spread, VHF/marine radio, and freezer accommodations for trophy ducks and game meat. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts, services or physical items purchased during the Live Auction. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts, services or physical items must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• Alaska Wild Sheep Foundation (AK WSF) is not, and will not act as a conduit or go-between for the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF’s Live Auction Purchase Agreement sales receipt.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF. AK WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction Purchase Agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
