Chapter members Chris Ortwein and Dave Brask of the L-4 Ranch are generously donating a hunt for a trophy whitetail deer of up to 170” SCI. Trophy can be upgraded for $100 per inch over 170. Hunt is on their property in Luther, Michigan, a short 90 minutes north of Grand Rapids. You will see numerus beautiful whitetails ranging up to the mid-250s SCI on each outing, the real difficulty is selecting the one you want!

The hunter will stay in a comfortable and very modern home and enjoy this 2-night stay. They have created one of the largest game ranches in the Lower Peninsula over the past ten years. This is a private facility with only top-quality animals and fair chase hunting in mind, as the property encompasses 3000 contiguous acres, which provides a really fantastic hunting experience. The majority of the property consists of mature hardwoods and rolling hills. Chris has a 4-wheel drive electric vehicle to access many, many miles of trails. Chris, who has intimate knowledge of this beautiful and expansive property, will be your guide on this spot & stalk hunt. Large fields are also on the property for spotting that “special” whitetail. This hunt can be upgraded to include trophy elk and additional hunters. Hunt can be scheduled in September or October, 2021. Weapon options: rifle, muzzleloader, or handgun. Bow hunting is available, but will require purchasing additional days. This is a highly-coveted hunt and opportunity of a lifetime for one lucky bidder!
