Exclusive charter - 4 person boat based, 5 day 6 night DIY Sitka blacktail and/or DIY black bear, guided sea duck combo trip w/ guided saltwater fishing.
On this trip each hunter will spend 5 days and 6 nights venturing out of Cordova AK into remote, wild, and breathtaking eastern Prince William Sound on their choice of the 50’ FV Serenity or 49’ FV Sentinel. All meals, lodging, soft drinks, and airport transportation is included with this hunt.
Each hunter will be allowed to take up to their annual limit of 4 DIY Sitka blacktail deer, optional harvest of up to one black bear, and enjoy fully guided waterfowl hunting with a total annual limit of 20 sea ducks, no more than 4 of each species. Hunters can expect very high chances of success for a great variety of rare and sought after species such as harlequin, Barrow’s goldeneye, greater scaup, surf scoter, long-tailed duck, bufflehead and many more. Also enjoy guided salt water fishing for unlimited pacific cod, multiple species of rockfish trip limit of 8 per person, and 1 lingcod. Wolf and coyote harvest while rare is encouraged and permitted as animals of opportunity with no additional trophy fees. There will also be exquisite opportunities for sight seeing the northern lights, snow capped mountains, an optional short glacier hike on clients morning of departure, and up close encounters with marine mammals such as sea otter, sea lion, humpback whales, orcas, and Dalls porpoise.
Airfare, License, tags, duck stamps, and gratuity not included. Tags are all available OTC from Alaska’s department of fish and game.
Point of arrival and departure is via commercial jet travel into Cordova Alaska via Alaska airlines. Outfitter will pick clients up personally from airport and transport directly to the vessel, no additional air charter fees required.
Trip is valid tor any available date on either vessel during September or October 2024 or 2025
Hunt may be upgraded to a 5 or 6 person hunt for an additional $5500 per each extra person.
Hunt may also be upgraded for up to 2 extra days for $1000 per hunter per day. (Extra days are encouraged if both black bear and blacktail deer harvest is desired, but not required for successful harvest of both species)

TERMS OF SALE
Any bid, whether online or by proxy bid, constitutes an OFFER TO PURCHASE the item being presented at the
me. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates
you to purchase. Being the high bidder for an item requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the
conclusion of the auction or directly thereafter.
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from SWOSCI and Buyer acknowledges
and agrees that SWOSCI is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.
AUCTION PROCEDURES
The high bidder for a hunt or trip is responsible for making arrangements directly with the donor in a timely
manner. It IS NOT the obligation of the donor or SWOSCI to contact the high bidder. The high bidder is
responsible for following the same procedure as if the hunt or trip had been booked directly with the
provider.
HUNTS
Although SWOSCI has used its reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it has no
control over the operation of the donor and cannot and does not guarantee that the hunt or trip will be to
the Buyer’s satisfaction. The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all
arrangements for hunt or trip dates, including travel and completion of filing of all necessary documents,
including applications for licenses and permits. SWOSCI cannot guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or
any animal will be taken during a hunt. Some hunts are subject to VAT and GST tax liabilities, which
sometimes are due and payable before the hunt can be taken. Buyer understands and agrees that SWOSCI is
not responsible for these fees and that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless other
arrangements are made with the donor.
SWOSCI reserves the right to alter, delete or modify any of the auction items described within this auction
book or online. Trips must be taken within the dates specified. Buyers relieve SWOSCI of any liability relating
to changes made by donor. Unless otherwise specified, license, tags, royales and Wildlife Conservation
Fund (WCF) are at the expense of the successful bidder.
In no event shall SWOSCI, its directors, officers, agents, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however causes and on any theory of liability,
whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way or form out
of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services, or anything else purchased by Buyer at auction.
