Payment Details:
3% will be added for credit card purchases. 5% will be added to cover the iCollector fee. There is NO buyers premium.

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible.
RESERVES: Some items will be sold with a reserve. The Auctioneer will announce which items have a reserve prior to the start of bidding. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
PLEASE NOTE: All purchasers will require a Firearms Possession License issued by the Chief Firearms Officer of Ontario under the authority of the Firearms Act Statutes of Canada.
All restricted firearms will have their transfer started on sale day but won’t be completed until the next business day. Transfer by the CFO may take up to a week. Purchasers will be contacted upon completion to arrange pick up/delivery/post. All items shipped will be charged on an individual basis, based on weight and size.
If you are an American bidder please speak with us prior to bidding to discuss import and export expectations. U.S. Bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases. Please note you will be charged Ontario taxes.
