1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration for approval. A credit card must be provided with the CVV security code for the registered Credit Card. Winning bidder will be charged $100 in addition to the bid amount in lieu of not purchasing a banquet ticket
2. THIS IS AN AUCTION WITH RESERVE. Successful bids must meet or exceed any applicable reserve amount to win the item. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount of each successful bid (meeting the established reserve) and the bidder will be sent an email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding.
BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF RECEIPT OF SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, REPLY BY EMAIL OR PHONE CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF TELEPHONE CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.

Lake Superior Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part of or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH LAKE SUPERIOR CHAPTER OF SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
8. ALL SERVICES, HUNTS OR OTHERWISE, HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR AND ARE TO BE FURNISHED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CONTAIN THE SAME RESERVATION SET FORTH UNDER “GOODS” ABOVE. THE SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF LSSCI. LSSCI MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. NO SERVICES ARE TO BE OR WILL BE PERFORMED BY LSSCI. LSSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE DELIVERY OR QUALITY OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES ARE PURCHASED, LSSCI CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES, NOR CAN LSSCI BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THEREFROM. Lake Superior Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Lake Superior Chapter of Safari Club International's or Bidder's end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder's internet connection, computer or system.
