Land Consultation will focus on building an overall plan for the property. This includes Timber Stand Improvement, creating bedding areas and funnels, food plot designs and seed plans, and blind and stand locations.
The 10 acres of TSI work will be completed based on this plan in the most beneficial location. This will work to release good crop trees or specific trees that are more beneficial to wildlife, and remove the low-value trees or use them to create bedding/funnels. This work will vary based on the overall goal of the winning bidder.
