Bowie knife or belt knife with carved and twisted bone grip and brass. Mounts probably Spanish colonial or Mexico. Measures 15” overall with a 9 7/8” blade. Re-enforced recasso and very well made with trace of a makers stamp possibly crown over “C”. In good condition with normal age and patina. A really impressive knife that may have been made in American southwest to Mexico and looks 1800-1830s as the hilt is very similar to swords of this era. Est.: $300-$600

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
