Lot of three vintage Fraternal swords. 1) Knights of St. Casimir, knights head pommel, crossguard, and ring mounts are marked "K, St. C." 27 1/2" unmarked, nickel plated blade is overall very good with some bubble, loss on the ricasso, the wood, black painted grip is scuffed, with finish loss. Missing the chain handguard, 2) Ancient Order of Union Workmen, fraternal organization in the United States and Canada that provided financial and social support after the American Civil War. Brass plated fittings, knights head/eagle pommel, crossguard marked "S K" (Select Knight), with skeletons hand on the Bible, floral ring mounts. made by J.A. Wolcot, NY, 28" blade is etched with floral scrolls, "A.O.U.W" , and the name "U.P, Fuchs", the scabbard is marked "A.O.U.W" has turned a brown patina, the black painted wood grip is scuffed, with finish loss, blade is very good. 3) United American Mechanics. Native born, anti-Catholic association. The 28'' nickel-plated blade is etched engraved with floral decorations, bible, and panel engraved with the name ''Geo. Snelgrooe'', on other side ''U.A.M.''. Ricasso area is maker marked by 'Ames Sword co. Chicago, ILL'', ca. Decorated high relief crossguard and langet with ''V.F.E.P.'' stamped inside a banner. Grip is black-colored wood, scuffed with finish loss, smooth. Pommel is rounded and has an American eagle on top with a chain going down to the crossguard. Scabbard has cast ring mounts, and drag, marked U.A.M.
