Five items total.These Shako's were supposedly used in the 1968 movie, "The Charge of the Light Brigade as these came form the estate of Joe Musso, who was a serious collector of movie memorabilia, but we have no documentation to say for sure. There are two British lancer shako's, one is for foul weather. Stamped tin sun burst plates with the lion & unicorn royal arms. The foul weather is missing the chin strap, the other has ostrich feather plume, yellow cords. Both have lion bosses. Also included is a French hussars uniform., blue wool with red cuffs, and collar, dome brass buttons, (Missing 5), gold toned thread facings. Gray trousers withy faded red stripes, brown leather cuffs. French Officers tailed frock coat, brass buttons, blue wool, with re collar/cuffs, and the interior tails. Two Movie prop French Infantry Briquets, a short, curved bladed sword, carried by French infantry as a weapon of last resort during the Napoleonic Wars. 27" in overall length The guard is a simple D-shape. One solid metal piece in scabbard. Both have finish loss, scratches. Would make a nice display.
