Lot includes: 1-Civil War Cup with bail wrapped handle for the M1868 saddle. Contemporary Tinners Craft exhibit 85 pg 101 The US Army in the West 1870-1880. Made of heavy block of tin, straight sides, measured 4 1/8 inches tall by 4 1/2 inches in diameter across flat bottom. The upper end of the ear shaped handle, having rolled wire enforced edges was attached to the cup by the same two heavy gauge wires which protruded from the end of the handle. These ends passed through the top edge of the cup beneath the lip and were clinched back over the lip to the outside. The bottom end of the handle was attached by a single rivet and tin burr. Lot also includes one M1910 mess kit with lid and knife, fork and spoon, one WW1 Mess Kit for saddle bags; one M1916 Meat can with lid; and one M1910 condiment tin for coffee, sugar and salt. **Civil war cup shows wear/age with surface rust and all other items show wear with finish loss and patina throughout. Overall everything is in very good condition** $200-$300
