M1896 1st Pattern Leather Scabbard for Krag Rifle. One strap marked with very rare "Lanz Owen Co." stamp. Drain hole sewn closed. Looks to be done at the unit, possibly company saddler level. Comes with extra leather strap. ** Overall in excellent condition. Stitching is tight. Strap shows heavy wear with some small tearing at the leather buckle area. All buckles, loops, and spring hook present.** $800-$1,000
