This auction is being conducted by the Mule Deer Foundation and we are offering three MDF exclusive items up for bid in this auction. These items will be shipped directly to the winner and/or their FFL of choice. The successful bidder of the Gun of The Year will have the option to have the firearm shipped to an FFL of their choice and must successfully pass a background check to receive the firearm. All proceeds from these three items will directly support the conservation of mule deer, black-tailed deer and their habitats. The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish (NMDGF) is not responsible for the quality of the hunts or the satisfaction of the buyer.
The buyer of any hunt license is solely responsible for reviewing the actual description of the hunt. NMDGF will not pay for, or in any way be responsible for, any discrepancies between the descriptions of the hunt and the actual hunt license. It is the responsibility of the buyer to immediately contact the NMDGF and make arrangements for the hunt. NMDGF does not bear any responsibility in making the arrangements. No refunds will be offered for authorization purchases. After the authorization is converted to a license, no refunds, transfers or exchanges will be allowed.
Any participant’s claims, disputes or matters in question shall be determined and resolved by and within the sole discretion of NMDGF. Any such determination shall be final, binding and accepted by a participant in exchange for participating in this auction.
Winning bidder is responsible for all applicable licenses and/or stamp fees which are not included in auction sale prices. Game-hunting License or Game-hunting and Fishing License, Habitat Stamp and Habitat Management & Access Validation must be purchased separately. No person may purchase more than one license for any big-game species per license year (Coues and Mule Deer are the same species). Authorizations are valid for the weapon type, bag limit and restrictions of the chosen hunt and may be used either by the recipient or any individual of the recipient’s choice through sale, barter or gift prior to license validation — not to exceed the auction price. Valid on Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service, State Land properties or private land with written permission.
• All hunt licenses, items, or services are sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS” and “WITH ANY AND ALL FAULTS.”
• All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
All proceeds from the sale of these will go to the Game Protection Fund.
