BC TROPHY MOUNTAIN OUTFITTERS
7-DAY, MOUNTAIN GOAT HUNT FOR 1 (BRITISH COLUMBIA)
VALUE: $19,000
BC Trophy Mountain Outfitter Conservation Club creates custom, top quality hunting trips for sportsmen from around the world. We offer year-round trophy and game hunting in our pristine Licensed Guide Territory. Our exclusive access and permits combined with our extensive experience results in high success rates and good quality trophies. The successful bidder will win a 1x1 7-day Mountain Goat hunt.
Mountain goat hunting in our guide outfitting territory in British Columbia has many hunt options as we have a long mountain goat hunting season beginning September 1st and ending November 30th. On a September mountain goat hunt we ride horseback to the mountain tops and stay in a cabin or spike camp on the top of the mountain so there is very little walking required. Weather conditions are mild as there is usually no snow yet. So, a September Mountain Goat hunt is ideal for the goat hunter that is not in good enough shape to climb the mountains on foot. On an October mountain goat hunt the weather can be good or bad, the goat hair is longer than September, the mountain goats may be a little more concentrated, we usually hunt mountain goat out of the lodge by 4 x 4 and on foot. The mountain climbing goat hunts are for the guys in good shape during the rut in November. The weather conditions are tougher on a November mountain goat hunt with lots of snow. However, in November the mountain goats have exceptionally long hair.
The mature billies in our territory make the SCI record book, with bases ranging from 5 1/2-6 ½” and lengths of 8 1/2-10 3/8”. Our hunters choose to mount their trophies full size because of their exceptional body size and hair length. If you want a treasured trophy, this is your opportunity.
The guided hunt can be taken in the fall of 2023 or 2024. Hunting method is rifle or bow. Handguns are not permitted. Hunting will be done by horse or vehicle and foot. The hunt will take place from one of our rustic mountain cabins and spike camps or the ranch lodge. The donation can be upgraded to include more hunters, non-hunters and the following add-on species from the outfitter's price list: Black Bear, Mule Deer, Coyote and Wolf.
You will be guided by a licensed professional guide that gives 110% on over 2,000 square miles of managed land based on a conservation and stewardship landscape concept. Our guides possess extensive knowledge of animal behavior, local species populations and our extensive trails, making them uniquely qualified to lead such high-level hunts. If you want a satisfying, authentic wilderness hunt and contribute to conservation, you've come to the right place.
