Marlin Model 1895 lever action rifle, .45/70 Govt. caliber, serial #22040570. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 22” barrel. The barrel and half magazine retain nearly all of their blued finish with muzzle wear noted. The receiver retains the majority of its blued finish with small mars and scratches noted. The smooth wood stock is in very good condition showing small mars and compressions consistent with storage.The butt stock ends with a Marlin marked plastic butt plate. The bore is good, the action crisp and markings are sharp. The rifle is topped with a set of Weaver rings and a Bushnell Sportview 3 x 9 variable power scope. The lot includes a black nylon sling and sling swivels. (C+R) Est.: $400-$800.

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
