Antique lever action repeating rifle chambered in .25-20 Winchester, manufactured circa 1911. Features a blued finish, 24" octagonal barrel, full-length magazine tube, dovetailed German silver blade front sight, adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight, smooth trigger, knurled hammer spur, smooth walnut forend and straight grip shoulder stock with crescent metal buttplate. Tang marked "Model 1894", two-line barrel markings with address, & the early three patent, lower barrel marked with caliber. Bore is bright, good rifling with a small area of pitting about midwat action is smooth/crisp, wood is good/sound, with many minor scratches/dent, someone has carved a large "HP" into the right forearm, the finish has turned a mixture of dull blue, gray patina with edge wear, some minor scratches/dents. Markings are good/readable.
