Martin Ugarteburu Sidelock side by side shotgun, 12 gauge, serial #5306. The shotgun is in nearly excellent overall condition with 29 ¼” barrels with a full-length filed rib and ivory bead front sight. The barrels are choked modified andimproved. The barrels retain nearly all of their dark polished blue finish with markings indicating manufacture using high quality Bohler steel. The Spanish made shotgun demonstrates beautiful case color exhibited on the action, bolsters, fencesand lock plate. The ornate engraving is well done and covers nearly 100% of the action, tang and trigger guard. The action features side clips which fit neatly into the beveled barrels upon closing the action. Additionally, the shotgunfeatures double triggers finished in gold tone. The shotgun shows little use with only minor loss of finish noted at the muzzle. The finely checkered straight grip wood stocks are in very good overall condition showing only light handling marks. The butt stock ends with a a 1 ¾” leather covered pad and an overall LOP of 15”. The splinter fore end is serialized to the shotgun and features engraved screw heads and an Anson style release. The bores are excellent, the action is
