Morning arrival on 1st day and early evening departure on the 6th day. Best months for trout and salmon fishing are June and July. Situated on the bank of the Yentna River, the lodge features wireless internet, pool table and fly-tying station. Two big-screen televisions with satellite service mean you do not even have to miss out on your favorite games. All accommodations are comfortable and feature new mattresses with warm linens to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Contact your hotel for shuttle to Rust's Flying Service for a 7:30 AM float plane departure. Remember to travel light! When traveling by float plane, baggage space is limited to 50 lbs. per person.You may wish to bring a duffel bag instead of a hard suitcase to save space. Laundry facilities are available for guest use at the lodge for a small fee. If you contact the lodge in advance, they may be able to have some alcohol shipped out for you.
NOTE:
A non-refundable $500 per person deposit is due at time of reservation. Second payment to equal 50% due 180 days before they are to arrive and a final 50% payment due 90 days before they were to arrive. Final payments are due 90 days prior to your trip departure date and are also non-refundable.

“SCINFM” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Naples-Ft. Myers Chapter of Safari Club International. The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, SCINFM will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, SCINFM may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. SCINFM reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. SCINFM reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. SCINFM does not guarantee or warrant that trophy animals, or that any animals will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance and satisfaction on the part of the buyer for the acquired hunt. SCI Ft. Myers-Naples Chapter has all rights to change the Starting Bid and Bid Increments if no bids have been placed.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. SCINFM will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on SCINFM`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. SCINFM does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. All Hunt Donors must provide the number of days agreed upon in the donation, provide the opportunity to hunt all species indicated in the donation, provide any and all ancillary items and services indicated in the donor agreement. Items listed in this auction offer the buyer discount values and some items have a minimum bid and or specific restrictions. All bids are a binding contract to pay for your bid. Travel expenses including air fare and accommodations before or after a bid item are not included unless specifically stated otherwise. Taxidermy, pack and ship fees for trophies are not included unless stated otherwise. United States hunts do not include license fees. Some countries may charge a tax on the value of the trip. South African concessions are subject to a VAT tax, currently 14%. Most countries in Europe have a VAT tax that varies by country. Transfers on a bid item are not included unless stated otherwise. Some items have specific dates of use that are binding. SCINFM may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. SCINFM is a 501(c) (4) organization. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility and exceptions for your contribution.
12. NON-WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. GOODS - All goods sold have been gifted, acquired, or obtained by the SCI from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by SCI and that the purchaser is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bows, bullets, or other weapons, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods are sold as is, with all faults and defects, and without any expressed, or implied warranty on the part of SCI, including but not limited to warranties of fitness and merchantability. SCI accepts no responsibility or liability for the products’ design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer of same. SERVICES - All services sold have been gifted, acquired or obtained from and are to be furnished by third parties. No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by SCI. SCI shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any such services or for any loss or damage arising from, related to or connected with the performance of, or non-performance of, such services. The purchaser further acknowledges that in the event services purchased are outside of the United States, SCI cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States nor can SCI be held accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. Purchaser further acknowledges that the purchase is non-refundable under any and all circumstances and that should legal action be required to collect for the goods or services purchased by the invoice, then the prevailing party shall be responsible for any and all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. The sales and the terms and conditions hereof apply to and are binding on the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of both parties. A sales invoice contains the entire agreement between the parties and cannot be changed except by a written instrument subsequently executed by the parties here to. Your participation acknowledges your acceptance, without reservation, of these conditions.
