This Movie Prop Mexican Army Infantry Rifleman's Uniform was used in the 1960 John Wayne movie the Alamo as these came form the estate of Joe Musso, who worked on the film, and was a personal friend of John Wayne. Tunic stamped in sleeve "W.C.C." Trousers marked "Western Costume Co. Hollywood Ca.", who supplied the uniforms. Blue wool tunic with red collar/cuffs, nine domed, brass buttons. Trousers are dark blue wool with red stripes. White leather cross strap with Mexican Eagle/Snake brass plate, holding a French style short sword, and bayonet. Very good Condition.
