31.5" long, 8.126" wide at widest point. Even .875" red, white, and green silk stripes with silver metallic trim. Back of quilted blue silk with wool batting. Fitted with gilt brass Mexican eagle. Cockade of silk en suite with thin silver bullion trim and enameled pin of Mexican eagle. **Some wear fading of silk with some pulling of stitching. Back shows moderate wear from use with some exposure of batting. Some loss of enamel on pin with some loosening of trim.
