The gemstone known as Tanzanite was discovered by Manuel d'Souza in Northern Tanzania in 1967. This beautiful gemstone is only found in a very small mining area (approximately 7 km long and 2 km wide) in Tanzania. The gemstone was named by Tiffany & Co. after the country in which it was discovered - Tanzania.
Repeat Donor, Jewel Craft International, has been able to secure enough of this expensive, rare stone to create an eternity band with a Tananzite stone that is over two carats in weight and versatile enough to wear with any jewelry collection or, on its own as a beautiful anniversary band.
