Travel to Kyrgyzstan with Asian Mountain Outfitters. This hunt is conducted on horseback/foot in high elevations. Hunting is different than North America and hunters need to be prepared for cultural/language differences, long range and sometimes quick shooting (proficient at 500+ yards). The climates are similar to the high & dry areas of CO, NM and NV. Hunters have the option of shooting a second Ibex ($5,500) or a Roe Buck (4,500) both of which would be on trophy fee. This Ibex hunt can be upgraded to include Marco Polo for $26,000. This Ibex hunt includes 6-8 hunting days plus flights and travel, and it requires a hunter to be relatively fit and experienced in mountain hunting. Typical Ibex size ranges from 38 - 47”. An average Ibex is about 42/43”. Ibex under 38” and over 48” are rare. It requires patience, skill, hard work and of course, some luck, to harvest 47” and larger Ibex, but it is possible. We hunt many areas for Ibex; some areas have bigger Ibex than others and some have easier hunting/access; our goal is to match the client/area to better suit their abilities and goals. If a hunter prefers to do a non-horseback hunt (using pack donkeys and foot/jeep hunting), this hunt can be switched to Tajikistan, with our partners there. The most common Ibex hunt dates are September and October, but the season runs from August 15th thru February 28th, with no hunting between Dec.1st - Jan. 10th. Serious bidders are welcome to discuss this hunt opportunity directly, before bidding. The hunt is to be taken during the 2015/2016 season, but arrangements can be made to postpone hunt until 2016/2017 (for an extra cost and with approval from Asian Mountain Outfitters). The hunter is responsible for the flight to and from Bishkek via Turkish Air/Istanbul, meals and lodging while in Bishkek (usually 2 nights), extra baggage fees for taking home skin/skull or shipping of trophies home and staff tips (clients will be provided with Tip suggestions). The license and trophy fee for one Ibex are included and there are no hidden costs. A non-hunting companion is welcome for $2,500. If hunt space is available for an additional hunter, on the same hunt date, price is $9,000. Asian Mountain Outfitters has their own equipment (tents, stoves) and their Kyrgyzstan English speaking manager works with many different outfitters, in many different locations, who provide local guides, assistants, cooks, vehicles, horses, camps, food, and lodging. The best local guides typically do not speak English though and it is expensive and difficult (because hunts are often in Sept and Oct) to get a Western/English speaking guide to accompany the clients, so hunters need to be able to assist in trophy judging & overseeing skin/cap prep too. The Ibex are plentiful in most areas and do not require a U.S. Cities Import Permit, unlike Marco Polo sheep. Bryan has conducted seminars at various conventions in the past, about equipment, shooting and what should be expected on such hunts. He has outfitted in Canada since 1999 and in Central Asia since 2002 and has personally been on many successful Marco Polo/Ibex hunts and will do his best to educate and prepare a hunter, before the trip. Usually he spends 40-60 days each year in Asia, to insure that AMO is very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the hunts. LIVE AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULES
Auction items must be paid for by the close of the Banquet. Payments will be taken at the Live Auctions Saturday Banquet. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
WSFA welcomes the use of approved credit cards for auction purchases. However, a convenience fee of 3% will be added to all auction purchases, including special permits when using credit cards for auction payments. All live and online bids will be in CANADIAN FUND. (Unless prohibited by Provincial statute. Proceeds will be dedicated to WSFA Conservation Initiatives.
PICK UP OF AUCTION ITEMS PURCHASED
Items may be picked up during the auctions with proof of payment. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available at the auction to assist you in obtaining your item. Any Goods Purchases On-Line shall be shipped to the successful bidder at their expense including brokerage.
SILENT AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Silent Auction results will be posted at the close of the auction in the Silent Auction Area and at the Banquet. Payments will be taken at the Registration Desk from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Arrangements for item pick up can be made at that time. Bidding begins Saturday at 8:00 PM and ends Sunday at 12 a.m.
Any items left in the inventory, either unpaid or uncollected, will be taken back to WSFA Headquarters and shipped at the purchaser’s expense.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS REGARDING FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, provincial, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, WSFA will ship the firearm from Headoffice to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after convention. WSFA cannot transfer any firearm at the Banquet.
TERMS OF SALE
Any bid made at a WSFA banquet, whether in person at a live auction, online, or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made online, the bid price must be received before the close of the fifth business day after the close of the auction. For any purchase of more than $10,000, upon request, an issued check currently dated will not be deposited until the opening of the sixth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late.
The Wild Sheep Foundation Alberta (WSFA) is organized to benefit wild sheep by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals or companies.
All goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by WSFA, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold “AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of WSFA. WSFA provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. WSFA does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by WSFA. WSFA shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, WSFA cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside of Canada. WSFA cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
WSFA reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available.

It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the state, province or country they are hunting.
Only WSFA exhibitors may solicit and/or market to permit buyers or attendee at the Banquet. Solicitation by non exhibitors violates WSFA Exhibit policy and is prohibited.”
