Model 1871 German/Prussian dress bayonet with etched blade with the matching scabbard. The bayonet is 23 ½” in total length with a 19 ½” blade. The unmarked blade has gone to grey patina, with no signs of sharpening andthe etching is faint, showing overall good uncleaned condition. The handguard is iron and the grip is smooth brass with an eagle head pommel. The black leather scabbard is in good condition with nickel at the throatand tip. Est.: $200-$400.
