Mountain Goat Hunt in British Columbia

British Columbia is the heartland of mountain goats and contains more than half of the world’s population, with the densest area being the Northwest corner of the province. Mountain goats are generally confined to prominent mountain ranges where their unique body build allows them to thrive despite the severe terrain and harsh conditions. Fall season goat hunts run from August to October. Clients are flown in and dropped off at pristine high alpine lakes providing entry into prime goat country. From there you will become an occupant of glorious goat habitat for the duration of your hunt. This is a 10-day backpack hunt for 1 hunter and will be guided 1 on 1. The hunt is scheduled to take place September 21-30, 2022. You will have a great chance at taking a 10-1/2” or better Billy. Hunters will take a charter flight/charter boat to the hunting area. Included in this hunt: full guiding, lodging, meals, transportation during the hunt, trophy care and transportation to the shipper. Not included: travel to Terrace BC, hotels before or after the hunt, hunting licenses, gratuity, Trophy fee on Goat ($2500), Trophy fee on Black Bear ($2500), Charter Flight/Boat to hunting area ($1500).
