Safari Does Not Include:
Trophy fees for animals harvested or wounded and lost, airfare, accommodations before or after the hunt, dip and pack, taxidermy or trophy export costs, observers or non-hunters ($180/day) Rifle hire ($30/day), Caping ($30), Full Body $120).
Global Sporting Safaris is a full service hunting booking agency. We will work with the auction winner (hunters) extensively before and after the hunt to make sure everything goes smoothly. This includes pre-trip prep as well as post-trip follow-up to get all of the trophies back safe and sound to the hunter’s trophy room.
This Namibian Safari hunt is for two (2) hunters and is valid for the 2016 or 2017 season only. Non-hunters cannot be substituted for hunters. Namibia hunt dates must be made by the auction winner within 45 days of the auction close. The trophy fee credit will only be applied to trophies only taken on a per hunter basis ($500 per hunter) – no trophy fee credit sharing. We will ask the hunt winner to sign a liability waiver. Due to the fluid nature of international hunting, Global Sporting Safaris reserves the right to revise our outfitters at any time without prior notice. This includes hunts sold at auction where we subsequently determine that the featured outfitter(s) no longer meet our performance standards. In those cases, an alternate hunt of equal or greater value will be substituted as deemed appropriate at that time to ensure a quality hunt for your members. This donation is not refundable.

Trip Rescheduling: Global Sporting Safaris (GSS) requires a $250 fee to reschedule a trip once the deposit has been made. This fee is for a single person or for a group up to 6. Groups of 7 or larger will be assessed a $350 date change fee.
VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: Travel Insurance: Hunting or fishing expeditions will certainly offer you an exciting and rewarding experience.
