Hunt Units Open: 1-16
Use of Aircraft Prohibited
Use of Snow mobiles and all terrain vehicles prohibited (exception, SEC. 2,20 Hunting and Trapping regulations.)
There is a mandatory permit check in and out.
A licensed Navajo Nation guide is required and must accompany the hunter anytime he/she is on the Navajo nation lands, including during scouting activities prior to the hunt. The Department of Fish and Wildlife is not responsible for arrangements made between a guide and a client, and the quality of guide services provided.
No hunter companions except for immediate family members.
No refunds.
Permit cannot be transferred.
The successful bidder must also submit a completed Navajo Nation Hunt Application in order for the permit to be printed.
Successful bidder must be eligible to hunt on the Navajo Nation.
The successful hunter must have their Elk checked by the Department personnel to collect harvest information.

Auction items not paid in full will be resold or in the event of non-payment of any hunt,
cancellation will result.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to 1) contact the outfitter within 30 days after this event, 2) obtain proper licenses and permits and 3) arrange times and dates with the outfitter unless otherwise stated.
Items have a “value” stated for them. This is the customary charge made by the outfitter for this service or the retail price of goods which are offered, but is included here for reference purposes only.
In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only. The person whose bid was not personally taken by the auctioneer will be the first asked to increase the bid, and the bidding will continue.
No goods sold at auction have been inspected by the Phoenix Chapter of SCI and bidders are advised to exercise proper care before their use.
The goods covered by this auction are sold as is with all faults and defects and without any express or implied warranties on the part of the Phoenix Chapter of SCI, including but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
