This is your opportunity to obtain a coveted bull elk tag to hunt one of Nebraska’s massive and quality bulls. Harvesting a Nebraska bull elk is a once in a lifetime hunt and Nebraska provides a great opportunity to harvest a 380 to 400+ point bull with high success rates. This scarce permit is valid for both residents and non-residents. Non-resident Nebraska elk permits are not available any other way than auction. Over the past few years, both the typical and non-typical state records have been broken. The vast majority of proceeds from the sale of this permit will be used to benefit Nebraska’s wildlife management, research, and conservation projects. Heartland DSC supports Nebraska Game and Parks Commission (NGPC) conservation efforts and was instrumental in expanding their On Track Program to provide people with limited mobility more ways to hike, hunt, fish and enjoy the outdoors. The ability to offer this once in a lifetime tag indicates the continued commitment towards the partnership between Heartland DSC and NGPC.

INCLUDES: This is one permit open to residents or non-residents, which allows the take of one bull elk taken in any open area during any Commission authorized bull elk season in 2025.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Bull elk shall mean a male elk with antlers six (6) inches or more in length. Open areas include Units Statewide. Bull elk Firearm season is open beginning September 21 through October 31. Archery Bull elk season begins September 1 and closes on October 31. Shooting hours are 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset.

A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of this special permit/tag. Proceeds will be dedicated to Heartland DSC Conservation Initiatives. If the winner of this item refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
