Any bid at a CHC auction, whether in person or online, constitutes an unconditional offer to purchase that item at the final bidding price. If the bid was made online th3bid Brice must be received within 10 business days after the close of auction. A buyer's premium of 5% will be add to all online purchases, not to exceed $250.00. There will be a $25.00 charge on returned checks.
Firearms: Bef3 taking possession of your purchased firearm, it must be registered in compliance with all Federal, State and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, CHC will ship the firearm at the expense of the purchaser from our FFL dealer to an FFL dealer of your choice. FFL ( Federal Firearms License )
