New Zealand Horn & Antlers invites 1 hunter and 1 observer for a 7 day 1x1 guided hunt for 1 bull tahr. Method of take is rifle. Schedule hunt with outfitter for open dates May to July 2020 or 2021. This hunt is free range spot and stock for best available animal. To truly appreciaete this hunt, the hunters need to have a reasonable level of fitness. Hunters can upgrade to red stag, chamois, fallow buck and Arapawa ram. Contact outfitter for pricing. Included are lodge and spike camp accomodations, meals, 1x1 guide service, trophy fee for bull Tahr and field prep. Not included are before/after hunt expenses, helicopter for tahr if requested (price could range from $1,000 – 2,000 depending on location of Tahr), firearm permit, dipping, packing/shipping of trophies and gratuities Additonal hunters are welcome for $500/day and non-hunters for $175. Hunt may be extended for $500 per day. Non-hunters can also partake in endless touring options with their very own tour guide. Contact outfitter for details.
