New Zealand Red Stag Hunt for Two (2) hunters

This will be an extraordinary adventure for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. The property covers 10,000 acres including New Zealand's largest certified game estate with over 4,500 acres of dedicated high country hunting land.
The owners also have access to 50,000 acres of privately held free-range country to complement their vast hunting concession in the Southern Alps. The lodge boasts four private guest rooms with exquisite bathrooms, a private chef, and breathtaking views! This family-owned and operated estate offers an authentic New Zealand back-country experience.
This New Zealand Red Stag Hunt is for two (2) hunters and valid for the 2018 or 2019 season. You will be under the care of a full-service hunting outfitter at all times. We will work with the auction winner (hunters) extensively before and after the hunt to make sure everything goes smoothly. This includes pre-trip prep as well as post-trip follow-up to get all of the trophies back safe and sound to the hunter’s trophy room.

Lodging Options Explained
We offer two primary lodging options. The Lodge is a full-service hunting lodge with four guest rooms, exquisite bathrooms, and a private chef. The Hut is an authentic off-the-grid hunting cabin on the estate with two guest rooms for a genuine back-country experience.
We may also utilize other high-quality camps and lodges at times when circumstances dictate.

At High Peak, non-hunters aren’t just welcome - they are an absolute priority! To prove this, we have
developed a range of activities available on-site, a short drive or a full day-trip from the lodge.
Prices are on application as many can and do change frequently. They also depend on numbers and
duration, so please let us know what interests you.

These activities are available on-site and do not require additional guiding or transport.

Golf Play a round at the 18-hole championship course at Terrace Downs Resort.
Scenic Walks Walk the spectacular 10km / 6 mile Rakaia Gorge Walkway from the lodge.
Sporting Clays Try your hand at clay target shooting with professional instruction and coaching.
Archery Not the hunting kind, but rather recurve bows at fixed targets Robin Hood style.
Tennis Make use of the two premium all-weather courts a short walk from the lodge.
Spa Treatments Relax with a massage or rejuvenating spa treatment at the resort’s spa.
Heli Biking Enjoy a day of spectacular flying and biking through incredible alpine scenery.
Heli Hike Fly to a high ridge, hiking it’s length to ever changing views and a picnic lunch.
Heli Glacier Take a helicopter over untouched icefields with a picnic lunch ‘ way out the back’.

This New Zealand hunting trip is for two (2) hunters and is valid for the 2018 or 2019 seasons. This is NOT a Photo Safari nor can it be exchanged for one. Non-hunters cannot be substituted for hunters, but, can be added to the trip at the current rate(s). Reservation of trip dates must be made by the auction winner within 45 days of receiving the trip. A non-refundable hunter deposit of $750/hunter will be required to secure the selected trip dates and to confirm the hunt with the outfitter. The hunter deposit will be applied 100% to the individual hunter’s trophy fees which are due on the last day of the hunt. Each hunter and any additional parties will be required to sign a liability waiver. Due to the fluid nature of international hunting, the outfitter reserves the right to revise our program at any time without prior notice. In addition, hunts sold at auction may be subject to change. In the event, it is determined that the featured outfitter(s) no longer meets our performance standards, an alternate hunt of equal or greater value will be substituted as deemed appropriate. This is to ensure that the highest level of integrity and quality is provided to our clients on every hunt.
