New Zealand Tahr and Credit towards Red Stag
Shane Johnston Owner/Outfitter of Four Seasons Safaris New Zealand would like to invite (2) two hunters to experience breath taking scenery and the mountainous wilderness of the Southern Alps while hunting New Zealand’s Tahr and Red Stag. This hunt for free range Tahr and trophy Red Stag includes 4 days hunting and 3 nights stay for 2 hunters with one guide. Donation includes field accommodation, meals, 4WD transfers from Christchurch to hunting area within guiding days, trophy fee for 1 Tahr and a $500.trophy fee credit to put towards a Red Stag. This donation cannot be taken in conjunction with any other NZ Safari or a Safari already booked with Four Seasons Safaris New Zealand. The hunt can be extended for additional days, upgraded to include additional NZ species, upgraded to luxurious 5 star resort accommodations ($395.00/day). Additional hunters and non-hunters are welcome. The Tahr hunt can be a camp out in the Alps, if you choose this option hunters need to have a very high level of fitness. The alternative option is to use a helicopter as a taxi to where the Tahr are. A Drop out and Pick up hunt is also an option for those that choose to stay at the resort. Not included is a license for $25.00, weapons permit $25.00, Gov’t tax on Tahr $500.00, expediting, taxidermy, shipping/packing or export documents of trophies, and gratuities. Additional trophy fees on Red Stag from $4500.00. This is a helicopter assisted hunt into the Alps for the Tahr in which the costs of the flying time is payable at approximately $2500.00. Hunt record book trophies with a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic team of guides that will, without a doubt exceed your expectations.

All firearms purchased shall be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of the purchaser’s choice. Purchaser is responsible for any associated costs and shipping.
