NewFoundland Moose Hunt
Roberts Outfitting Ltd. has been owned and operated by Otto and Annie Roberts since 2000. This donation is a 6 day guided Newfoundland Moose spot and stalk hunt. Mode of transportation on this hunt will be walking, ATV or vehicle. Trophy prep is included in the donation, including transportation to the shipper. Hunt can be scheduled with the outfitter during the 2016 hunting season which takes place in mid-September thru late October. The hunt can also be postponed until the 2017 season. Contact outfitter about cost to take an extra hunter or non-hunter to enjoy the Newfoundland scenery and wildlife. There are two camp locations in Western Newfoundland and have running hot and cold water as well as shower facilities. Both of these areas offer beautiful scenery with an abundance of big game animals. Choices of weapons are rifle, bow or muzzleloaders. Hunter is responsible for transportation to and from Deer Lake and accommodations before or after the hunt. Six days of meals and accommodations are included during the hunt which boasts 95-98% chance of success. Outfitter notes that firearms safety course is required and the firearms declaration weapon permit (gun registration forms) are the responsibility of hunter.
